I was hoping that these capsules would help with my chronic red eyes, but after taking the supplement for about a month, I haven't noticed any improvement in the redness of my eyes.

BB is potent, and there is no nausea or discomfort whether taken with or without meals. I haven't become pregnant yet, but my nails have grown stronger. It does make you pee highlighter fluid (lol), but it's not a huge problem.
